Work Plan of the Anti-Corruption Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the Second Half of 2025

1. Carrying out the necessary work on the recommendations issued within the framework of GRECO’s 5th Evaluation Round that are feasible for implementation (July–December 2025)

2. Summarizing and analyzing the information submitted by state bodies (institutions) on the implementation status of national action plans whose assessment and analysis have been assigned to the Commission (July–December 2025)

3. Ensuring the discussion of the draft Rules on the Management of Corruption Risks in state and municipal bodies, state-owned or municipally-owned legal entities, public legal entities, and budgetary organizations within the relevant working groups of the Commission (July–December 2025)

4. Analyzing existing problems in the field of anti-corruption and transparency by the Secretariat and submitting proposals on solutions in order to improve the country’s position in international rankings in this area (July–December 2025)

5. Announcing grant competitions in the field of combating corruption (July–December 2025)

6. Continuing cooperation with international organizations specialized in combating corruption (GRECO, OECD, MONEYVAL and others) and identifying areas of cooperation with the Accountability Authority of the United Arab Emirates (July–December 2025)

7. Continuing work on the preparation of the “Anti-Corruption Law” teaching manual (July–December 2025)

8. Carrying out preparatory work and ensuring participation in the Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption (September–December 2025)

9. Reviewing the draft executive summary report prepared on Azerbaijan for 2016–2021 within the First Cycle of the Implementation Review Mechanism of the United Nations Convention against Corruption (October–November 2025)
